Where can I learn what Timeshare weeks are most busy in the Orlando and Miami South Beach area?

I’ve got a timeshare and can book time as I please, rather than a specific assigned week.
I’d like to auction off the time on eBay, but want to book a desirable week. Can anyone tell me where I can get that info?
